Leave & License registration in Maharashtra involves five different people who rarely see the same version of the truth. We built a registry so they do.
The challenge
An Estate Agent drafts an agreement. A Registrar Staff member verifies it. A Registrar approves it. A Licensor and Licensee sign it. Each of them usually finds out what happened to the agreement by asking someone else — a phone call, a forwarded photo of a document, a guess at which draft is current. Lease Registry replaces that coordination with a single agreement record that all five roles can see, at whatever stage it's at.
